Draft

This text is a draft and will take effect after legal review. Bracketed fields (e.g. [Company Legal Name]) will be completed before publication.

1. Deleting your account

After signing in, go to Profile > Security > "Delete account". Your name, email, password, two-factor data and Google/Facebook sign-in connections are deleted. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, first set a password under "Sign-in methods" on the same page; deletion is confirmed with your password.

Invoices and payment records are kept for the legally required period and are not linked back to you. Projects you own must be transferred or deleted first.

2. Removing Facebook sign-in

Remove the Facebook connection under Profile > Security > "Sign-in methods"; the identifier we received from Facebook is deleted.

You can also remove sociaQivo in Facebook under Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites; this stops Facebook from sharing new information with us. To delete the connection stored at Sociaqivo, use the step above or request it as described in section 4.

3. Data from connected social accounts

When you disconnect an account under Project > Social accounts, its access tokens are deleted immediately and no action can be taken on its behalf. If you remove the app's access on Facebook or Instagram, the tokens stop working and the account shows as disconnected. You can request deletion of comments and analytics received from that account as described in section 4.

4. Deletion on request

If you cannot access your account, write to [support email address] from your registered email. After verifying your identity we complete the request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
